Niki Cartwright Limited was established in February 2001 by Niki Cartwright as a consultancy business specialising in working with healthcare and social care organisations and as an Executive Coaching service with Senior Managers and Directors across a spectrum of organisations.

During the last 7 years, Niki Cartwright Ltd has worked with over 20 NHS clients on strategic, organisational and service developments.
